Arm balances are a fun way to challenge your practice and get outside of your comfort zone, but the poses can often seem overwhelming and confusing. This workshop will help you overcome your fears by building a foundation for arm balancing and breaking down the fundamentals into easy steps. We'll explore the basics of crow pose, side crow, firefly, grasshopper and more! This workshop is appropriate for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended.
