Join Caron and Noya Yoga for this online workshop to strengthen your inversions practice! Caron will be breaking down the fundamentals for headstand, forearm balance, and handstand along with tips to help you prepare for the poses.

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April and Caron's own experience with sexual assault, Noya will donate $1 for every registration to RAINN, the leading national resource for helping victims of sexual violence.
