As yoga deepens our connection between our mind and our body, strengthening the core becomes essential. The core is both our physical and energetic center and is the literal foundation of strength and balance. Physical core strength provides functional stability, helps avoid injury, and enhances nearly every pose, while inner core strength gives us the support we need to take our practice to the next level.
In this workshop, we will focus on bringing awareness to the core in each posture and explore how tapping into that strength from within can help you achieve any pose.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended.
