This workshop will help you overcome your fears by building a foundation for inversions and arm balancing and breaking down the fundamentals into easy steps.
We'll explore the basics of crow pose, eight-angle, firefly, headstand, handstand, and more, and tap into using a combination of core strength and trust to find your balance in the more advanced variations.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended.
